At Hairy Tarantula, we want you to feel as bold as our collections; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
